Black Twig Pickers: Black Twigs Friday evening

The combo First Fridays/1-year-birthday blowout Nov. 4 at Easy Chair Bookstore in downtown Blacksburg will feature two hours of the Black Twig Revellers beginning at 5 p.m., then a reading by mystery writer Henry D. Smith. The Twigs seem likely to be in trio mode, with a few more of the double-fiddle tunes that began creeping into the repertoire this summer showing their faces. See you there.
