Back from Europe

March 16, 2006 | Pelt

Pelt is back in the United States after a whirlwind 11-shows-in-10-days run through five countries in Europe. Huge thanks to everyone who helped put on the shows and to everyone who came out. It was an amazing and humbling experience. We're urgently collecting any documentation of the tour - audio, video, still photography, etc. If you've got something, please get in touch or send it to Mike at 3360 Ironto Road, Elliston VA 24087 USA. We'll send you something in return. And we still have lots of the live Pelt disc "Skullfuck/Bestio Tergum Degero" that VHF pressed up for the tour, though when they're gone, that's it; there will be no more. It's a start-to-finish document of a show at the Knitting Factory in NYC last November that drifts from a drone workout on one of Jack's songs into an extended gong-scape and ends with ... well, until the video surfaces, you'll have to imagine Patrick and Jack shaking their ... moneymakers. It's available from us for $12US postpaid (should be listed on our catalog page soon) and from www.vhfrecords.com. That's it for the moment. Thanks again to everyone. --mg
